Enjoy the passing boats and watch frolicking dolphins play in the surf from either your lounge chair by the pool or on the beach, or while you dine at the poolside grill, Flippers. **NOTE: This property requires a two-night minimum stay 6/25/01-12/19/01 and 2/1/02-12/19/02. There is a three-night minimum stay for 12/20/01-1/31. **A $5 resort fee, which includes pool towels, lounge chairs, in-room coffee, free local phone calls for 15 minutes, free parking, and use of the fitness center will be collected upon check in.**
