Young adults between 18-24 must be accompanied by a chaperone over 35, and pay a $100 security deposit.** **Boats, trailers, jet-skis, large trucks and motor homes are not allowed on the grounds or in the parking area.** **This property requires various minimum night stays throughout the year: A two-night minimum is required 10/17/03, 11/7/03, 11/15/03, 11/27/03-11/29/03, 12/5/03-12/6/03, 12/31/03, 5/28/04-5/30/04 and 12/31/04; a three night minimum is required 11/13/04-11/14/03, 2/13/04-2/15/04, 5/20/04-5/22/04, 7/2/04-7/4/04, 8/27/04-8/30/04 and 11/25/04-11/27/04; a five-night minimum is required 3/26/04-4/10/04.**
